Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Training Course
Duration: Two Weeks (Conducted over two months)

This course comprises a blend of classroom training and hands-on project workshops to teach participants a broad set of change management skills and technical tools to effectively address the majority of an organization's process improvement needs. The course actively integrates both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, for a seamless integration and optimization of the two approaches to operational excellence. Green Belt candidates arrive at training with a preselected project and apply what they learn to successfully complete it and get real results.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Training Course
Duration: Four Weeks (conducted over four months) or two additional weeks beyond Green
Belt training (progressive training model)

This course builds on the concepts and tools first introduced in Green Belt training, providing a much broader and deeper exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Participants come away with the detailed knowledge and skills required to successfully lead projects addressing an organization's most challenging and critical process improvement needs. Similar to Green Belt training, Black Belt candidates apply classroom learnings directly to their own, real projects as they progress through the course.
